Apparently, Sony is not the only company trying to sneak this kind of no-lawsuit clause into its terms of service. According toGeek, both Microsoft and Electronic Arts have now followed Sonys lead. That means if anything goes wrong with your Sony or Microsoft online services, theres not much you can do about it, Geek wrote. The same is true for EAs Origin service.
In September, after the much-hypedhacking of the PlayStation Network, Sony instituted new language in its terms of service forcing PSN users to agree not to sue the company.
